Logan UT's favorite handyman
Home maintenance, repairs and installs in Logan and across Cache Valley, directly from the owner, not a subcontractor. I answer the phone, I do the work, and there is no job too small.

TOO SMALL
You get me, every single time
No call centers, no revolving techs, no subcontractors. When you book Titan, I am the one who shows up and I am the one who does the work. I answer the phone, I answer the texts, and I will tell you straight what a job actually needs.
Fifteen years in the trades and property management taught me that most folks just want someone honest who does good work and does not disappear halfway through. A lot of people call me after being let down by a bigger outfit, or after being told their job was too small to bother with. That is exactly the work I built this around.
I would rather do one job properly and have you call me again in two years than rush three and never hear from you.
Dryer vent cleaning is the specialty
Long cold winters mean dryers here run hard from October through April, so lint builds fastest exactly when the machine is used most. Most handymen in the valley do not offer this at all.
Is your vent due for a cleaning?
Tick anything that sounds like your house.
What I actually do
Airflow tested before and after, so you can see the difference.
- Pull the dryer out and disconnect the hose properly, not just yank it
- Brush and vacuum the full run, wall cap to dryer
- Clean the lint housing inside the machine, which most people never touch
- Replace crushed or kinked flex hose with rigid where it belongs
- Airflow tested before and after so you can see the number move
The part nobody else wants to do
Most handymen in the valley do not offer dryer vent cleaning at all, and the dedicated companies will not come out for the leaking faucet you also mentioned. I do both, on the same visit, which is usually why people call me the second time.
It is not glamorous work. You are up a ladder at the vent hood with a brush and a vacuum, then inside pulling the machine out and cleaning the lint housing that nobody has touched since the house was built. That is the job, and doing it properly is the whole difference.

Why people call me instead
The established remodellers in this valley will tell you outright they are not set up for small repairs. I built this around the opposite.

The Cache Valley home-maintenance year
Sitting at 4,500 feet with long winters and famous inversions, this valley runs on a pretty predictable calendar. Here is roughly how I would plan it.
Get ahead of the freeze
The most useful season of the year. Snow generally starts late October, and everything you do before it saves you a winter problem.
- Dryer vent cleaned before heavy use
- Gutters and downspouts cleared before the snow
- Caulking and weatherproofing
- Outdoor fixtures checked
The dryer works hardest
Inversions pool cold air on the valley floor for days at a time, so homes sit in extended deep cold and everything dries indoors.
- Dryer vent if autumn got away from you
- Interior repairs and fixture swaps
- Drywall and paint while it is cold out
Clean up after winter
Snow does not really finish until early April. Freeze and thaw leaves a list behind, and our wind events keep filling gutters all season.
- Gutter cleanout after the melt
- Deck boards and railings checked
- Exterior caulk and touch-up paint
The exterior window
Hot and dry, which is exactly when the outside work wants doing. Also the USU rental turnover, which is its own busy stretch.
- Deck repair, staining and sealing
- Exterior painting
- Installs, mounting and assembly
- Make-readies between tenants
Wellsville up through Logan to Preston
I cover the whole valley and over the Idaho line, which a lot of Cache Valley companies do not. Same rates everywhere, no travel surcharge for the outlying towns.

Brendan was the sweetest man, he came to clean my dryer vent months ago, and he was so professional, got right to work, left everything so clean, and he has come back since to fix whatever I break. I call him first. He's amazing and such a nice man. Great job. I would highly recommend, Thank you so much for your help!
Brendan knocked out a number of different home repair jobs in a single day, and at a fraction of the price it would have been if we had called five different service companies for its individual need. Fantastic service, prompt, explained things in easy-to-understand terms and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!
Brenden is awesome to work with! I had him install a couple of ceiling fans and he did an incredible job. I really appreciate his attention to detail. For example one of the blades wobbled a little and he wasn't ok with that, so he took a few extra minutes to look it over, figure out what happened, and made sure it was fixed before he left.
Brendan was really great to work with. He was prompt with responses on pricing and questions on the project. Brendan was on time and complete the project on time, I asked him to put together a shed we had purchased that we just didn't have time to put together. Job was perfect! We highly recommend using him as a handyman. He was very knowledgeable. We will be using him again in the near future.
Great experience! Brendan showed up on time, did a thorough job cleaning my dryer vents, and left everything spotless. Pricing was the best I found, especially for the quality of work. Highly recommend!
We can't say enough good things about Brendan! He was knowledgeable, hardworking, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. We'll definitely be calling him again!
Frequently asked questions
How much does a handyman cost in Logan, Utah?+
Every job is a little different, so I give you a straight, flat quote before I start anything, and the estimate is always free. No hourly surprises and no padded bill at the end. Call or text me what you are dealing with and I will give you a fair number up front. Same pricing across Logan and the rest of the valley.
Is any job too small?+
No, and the small stuff is honestly my favorite. A running toilet, a wobbly ceiling fan, one shelf that needs to go up straight. A lot of the bigger outfits will not bother with a job that size. I will, and I will treat it like it matters.
Will I work with you directly, or a subcontractor?+
You get me, every time. No call center, no revolving crew, no subcontractors. I answer the phone, I answer the texts, and I am the one who shows up and does the work. If you have a question afterward, you are calling the same guy who did the job.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. I hold a Utah B100 General Contractor license, number 142481980, and I carry insurance. That number is real and you are welcome to check it.
What areas do you serve?+
All of Cache Valley plus Preston and Franklin, Idaho. That is Logan, North Logan, Smithfield, Hyde Park, Richmond, Lewiston, Providence, Millville, Nibley, Hyrum and Wellsville, and up over the state line. If you are close by and do not see your town, just ask.
How often should I get my dryer vent cleaned?+
For most homes, about once a year. If you run a lot of laundry or have a longer vent run, closer to every six to nine months. Our winters keep dryers running hard from October through April, so early fall is the ideal time. If clothes are taking two cycles to dry, that is your sign it is overdue.
Does a handyman need a license in Utah?+
Utah exempts most handyman work under $3,000 a job from contractor licensing, as long as it does not involve electrical, plumbing, HVAC or alarm work. So plenty of handymen here operate without one, legally. I went further than that. I hold a Utah B100 General Contractor license, number 142481980, and I carry insurance, which means both your home and my work are properly covered. It is worth asking anyone you hire.
What kinds of jobs do you take on?+
A little of everything around the house. Dryer vent cleaning is my specialty. Beyond that, repairs like plumbing fixtures, toilets, drywall and decks, installs and assembly like TV mounting, ceiling fans, smart home devices and furniture, and upkeep like gutter cleaning, painting and caulking.
Do I need a permit for handyman work?+
For most of what I do, no. Routine repairs, fixture swaps, mounting, gutter cleaning and minor drywall or paint all count as normal maintenance. Bigger structural work or anything touching the electrical panel can, and if a job is ever in that gray area I will tell you straight and point you to Cache County Building.
How do I book you, and how soon can you come out?+
Easiest way is to call or text me at (435) 361-8520, and I usually reply the same day. My hours are Monday through Sunday, 7am to 5pm. Tell me what is going on and we will find a time that works. Free estimate before any work starts.
Got a to-do list?
Call or text and you get me, Brendan. Tell me what is going on and I will tell you honestly what it takes to fix it. Free estimate, every time.
